Tentative BBQ time and venue

Time: 12/12/07, 1600hrs to 2100hrs.
Venue: Victoria School.
Expected Date to planning Completion: 9/12/07.

What each commitee does

Food
Food. Endy makes sure that everyone can eat the food. Muslims, taoists etc.

Logistics
Non-food essentials. Those appointed in the logistics dept. Will have to prepare them by the ninth.

Activities
Plan Activities for the day. Choose location etc.(note that location is still tentatve.)

Cleaning
Organising cleaning after the BBQ. We leave the place cleaner than it was before. Black Plastic bags are brought by chosen member(s) of cleaning dept.

Safety
Ensure safety of the group at all times. ALL red cross members. Some volunteers.

Administrative
Absentees and Attendence. Notification, apart from this blog.

Hey guys. Bing Yu here

For the timing for BBQ right, i would like it to be a half day event. Which means, in the morning, the EXCO will be in school to settle all the admin stuffs and collection. etc. If all goes well, i would like all available JLs and SLs to be in school at around 2pm? We can then have some activities like soccer/basketball competition and such.
For those who can't come at 2pm, please be in school by 4.30pm? We can then finish all the BBQ preparation.
